Check in before 11:00 a.m. is not guaranteed. Should you require a check-in before 11:00 a.m. please call the motel the morning of your scheduled check-in for room availability.  

Check out after 11:00 a.m. will not be granted without prior approval and payment.

All special requests are subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and may incur additional charges.

Waterbury Big Apple Motel reserves the right to charge your credit card after the stay if damage has been done to the room or facility in anyway.

No refunds

No smoking in lobby or hallway (We offer designated smoking rooms)

Online bookings must be cancelled 24 Hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees

No extra guest visiting after 12 AM (Capacity shouldn't be exceeded)

Absolutely no pets allowed in the motel. Guests found with a pet in the motel will obligate you to pay a $150 cleaning fee.

Payment Policy

Upon check-in, photo identification is required. To prevent credit card fraud we cannot accept credit card payments without the card present and the credit card must be in the name of the person checking in. We cannot accept a credit card with your spouse’s name on it, or anyone else’s unless they are present to show identification and sign the receipt.  Whoever pays with cash,  will have their ID's held in exchange for the Key.
